Tasks: Improve audit guidelines, conduct training modules, support pilot audits, develop HR and communication strategies, and enhance performance monitoring.

Development training material to support PFIs involved in CAMP4ASB Regional Climate Investment Facility

Project: Climate Adaptation and Mitigation Program in the Aral Sea Basin (2016–2017)
Donor: International Development Association (World Bank)
Tasks: Create training materials on climate-smart agriculture and green finance, prepare technical guides, and develop a handbook for rural investments.

Tasks: Mobilize 20 000 youth, provide soft and digital skills training, deliver psychosocial support, adapt learning tools, and create community dialogue forums in 8 districts of Khatlon and GBAO regions

Tasks: Analyze labor market, select and train 4,234 beneficiaries, deliver demand-based short-term courses, certify graduates, and support employment tracking.

Tasks: Train TVET leaders in strategic planning, entrepreneurship, competency-based training, and employer partnerships; strengthen institutional management capacity.

Feasibility study for landfill investments in Dushanbe

Project: Feasibility study for landfill investments in Dushanbe (2025)

Tasks: Bazis team with team of KEO prepared a Feasibility report for Landfill Rehabilitation and Expansion which focused on comprehensive site characterization, expansion options analysis (vertical, horizontal, or other), and preliminary design for essential engineered components including earthworks design, liner systems, leachate and landfill gas management and collection systems, stormwater management systems, infrastructure (i.e. site entrance, weighbridge, guard house, administration building, wheel washing facility, etc) along with a fire control and operations plan.

Consulting Services for Corporate Support to Water Utilities for Performance Improvement

Project: Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project (P162637; IDA Grant # D 4310-TJ) (2025–2026)
Donor: World Bank
Tasks: Provide required technical assistance to the target water utilities (Vose, Kushoniyon, Vakhsh) in effectively operating and maintaining water supply and sanitation systems constructed under the project, through assets management, operational, billing, financial management, Client registration, and tariff modeling and setting improvements.

Assessment of measures necessary to improve the legal and institutional framework for the management of state industrial enterprises of the system of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan

Project: OSCE (2023–2024)
Donor: OSCE
Tasks: Tteam conducted a review and created a roadmap for the legal and institutional framework governing State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) managed by the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan.
